Should i seek legal acction?

Well today i went to a famous food chain (I wint give out the name) purchased a burrito that I had head was very good, so i went through the drive through and make my purchase , about half wasin to my burrito i almost choked on a sharp object, so i spit it out and what was it ? A FREAKIN STAPLE!!!!! can u believve this? So I called the customer service line to complain and all they kept saying was sorry...... I am thinking of seeking legal action. I live in california, Who would I contact?

Sure you should sue, you could be like everyone else and try to get a free ride for a mistake that they made. I mean you must be perfect and never make any mistakes so you dont have to watch out for people sueing you over slipping in your drive way...... blah blah blah you get what i am saying dont be that person trying to get a free ride .... if they broke your arm sue but your fine..... dont be that person!

Unfortunate and potentially dangerous as your incident may have been, I don't believe you have sustained any damages and therefore your complaint would not warrant litigation. I think that the best you could do would be to contact the county health department and file your grievance with them. They will investigate the restaurant and, if appropriate, punish it for unsafe food practices.

I think that you would have to actually be injured.  If not I could sure BK for ALMOST slipping on a wet floor

OF COURSE YOU SHOULD TAKE LEGAL ACTION!!  If not for you then for other potential customers in the future to protect them from what you went through.  That is disgusting and I know i would do something about it
