  1. Call them and ask them how they would prefer you to submit your info. If you send it unsolicited it will most likely end up in the trash.

It's not a bad idea to put together an audition reel anyway, as it can be an effective tool in finding work. It would be fine to include something from one of your competitions in it, as long as whatever clip you include primarily focuses on you; big group scenes where you could be any one of a group of dancers don't do you any favors. Also, if you have something with you singing or performing a monologue, you want it to be something taken from an actual production, not something you recorded yourself at home, as that would be pretty amateurish. All together the reel should be about two minutes long, and lead off with the most impressive footage you've got; if you save the best for the end of it, the people watching it might stop watching after 15 seconds and never see your best stuff. Once you have it all edited together, make sure you have it available in different formats; a DVD, a movie file on your computer in different video formats that you can e-mail, and possibly even a youtube video that you can link someone to.

  2. No.

Unless you were instructed to send a video, don't waste your time. They aren't going to look at it.
