  1. Both your license and your green card should be enough for identification. Since you have a green card it's safe to assume that you hold a foreign passport. A passport will definately qualify as valid identification. Since you permanently reside in the US, you will most probably be granted a visa. But you should show them proof that you have reason to reutrn to the US upon the visa's expiration. If you are still in college then you could show them some proof of this, as college is a good enough reason to return. If you own a house, tell them. The more proof you have, the better.


  2. Be prepared to show valid identification cards if requested in order to have more chances of being granted a visa.

  3. If you have a US passport you do not! need a visa for the Netherlands
