  1. I'd get a Dell XPS 1530, configure and discount it to around $1100, and buy a  LCD TV and Xbox 360 with the $1100 I saved. Or for $1500, one good external monitor+laptop.

That's what you should do. 3 items for the price of one. Or 2 items for the price of one.

  2. You want a laptop for playing games? NOOOO!!! Laptop is slow eventho u have the best graphics card. Get a desktop with the best graphics card and it will run faster. You wont stuck half way.

  3. If i only had those two options i'd go for the 15 inch model and use the extra cash to get myself a 27 inch LCD TV to use with its HDMI when I'm gaming at home.

I personally would never use a laptop for gaming. To get the most out of your GPU you need to keep it nice and cool so that you'll have hours of fun without any issues. Laptops and GPU ventilation don't mix.. you're more likely to run into thermal issues. NVIDIA has been having card issues recently...

  4. 15 inch should be just fine, i have a fifteen inch and it seems pretty jumbo for a laptop, plus that much for 2 inches is such a rip!
