Should i start buying lottery tickets weekly?

I'm sick of being poor. I want to start buying at least 2 lottery tickets a week. think this is a good idea?

Na...... theres something very bad about playing lotto on a regular basis.. You'll end up stuck with a set pattern of numbers (which you will start to call "your numbers") and they won't ever hit but the problem is that after a long run you'll feel you need to keep playing because it would be psychologically devastating if your numbers hit as soon as you stop (they won't, but if it did...)

This is about where my friend is at. He started playing his numbers since he was 18 and hasn't stopped since. I don't mind the fact he gambles so much as I don't think he really enjoys it anymore....

stick to the big jackpots every now and then for fun but otherwise think up something else.

I wouldn't depend on a lottery ticket to get rich.  Once in a while it may be ok, but twice a week is just blowing $4.oo you could put away each week.
