Question:

Should i start kick boxing?

i have quite chunky thighs, i used to go to the gym, so im not sure if its fat or muscle. if i start kickboxing, will it tone my body (as in, will my thghs slim down, tummy get flatter etc) or will it just make my calfs and thighs even bigger? has anyone got any ideas how to make my legs slimmer (as my calfs are also quite chunky). thanks for any help :o)

  1. well kick boxing requires a certain amount of flexibility which comes from practice, your body will react to it and adapt, it is great for cv and will help you lose weight, your legs and core (abs) will tone through  the puch and kicks etc. also to slim down your legs go for long distance running, you never see a chunky long distance runner. i would gor for it with the kick boxing it can only help. good luck!


  2. The only thing I can think is your glutes might bulk up.

    Your stomach will get  flatter, and you will definitely lose weight, and overall it will be a big boost for your self esteem and your appearance.
