Question:

Should i stop being a vegetarian!?

its strictly cause i want to go on a diet, and its much easier if i eat meat.. i know i can do it without meat, but not as easily. i still believe that its wrong and everything though. idk what to do!?

  2. Since you have a weight problem -- apparently a long-term one -- it's going to take determination and persistence to lose weight and keep it off. Why complicate things still more by trying to be a vegetarian at the same time? One thing at a time is a good rule.

    Set a weight goal, achieve it, maintain it for a good while (some months or a year) and then think about going off on a vegetarian quest.

  3. ive met plenty of fat vegetarians but never a fat vegan or vegetarian who doesnt eat dairy, only  eggs. perhaps dairy is your problem and u need to switch to alternatives, like rice/soy milk, coconut creams etc instead, and cook meals in advance and bulk and store in freezer if u find it a hassle to prepare meals

  5. Oh no please dont stop being a vegetarian just so you can have a easier time on your diet its called exercise you dont need meat there are even vegan bodybuilders seriously hold strong and stick to your ethics!

  6. No!! And this is coming from a meat eater. The fact that your values believe that it is wrong tells me that it wouldn't be right for you. Never compromise your values for the sake of a diet that promises quick results.It might be harder to lose the weight you want without doing the diet but diets that promise quick weight-loss usually result in putting the weight back on after you stop the diet. Do you plan on subscribing to this diet and eating meat for life? I really believe you can lose the wieght you want without the meat!!

    I would stay vegetarian if you believe that it's wrong. The inconvenience of not eating meat is very minor compared to the amount of animal suffering that you're reducing by being vegetarian.

    It's really your choice to make, though!

You should not start to eat meat again.  You should just focus on low calorie foods.  Lentil soup, veggie burgers, oatmeal, vegetarian chili, along with lots of fruits and veggies are all great things to eat to stay heathy and lose weight. I do not believe that people should eat the flesh of another living creature.

  10. i would say that you must be vegetarian...just focus eating in vegetables,fruits and fish also meat but not too much...

  11. DONT STOP! PLSS....trust me...u will enjoy the result when u grow older...u'll have better complexion, healthier body compare to other old folks...thanks to the veg & fruits...keep it up, dun give up! Dun take mock meat, eat fresh veg n fruits OK!
