Should i take HS chemistry?

well i signed up for chem but now i don't know if i want to take it anymore because i don't really enjoy science and i all ready have enough credits for science to graduate. but i don't know what to tell my mom because i think she wants me to take it

The only thing to really consider is, If your going to go to college, what your going to study and if you need chemistry as part of the curriculum. I DEED out in High school Chemistry, man, it was a B.

But I ended up having to take it in college later, much later. It was still a B, being older and wiser, I found it very interesting worked my butt off and got an A. There must of been a clerical error somewhere. Some parents are easy to talk too. You should know your Mom by now.

Class of 2010

I already have enough science credits to graduate as well, although since I like science I'm going to continue to take it for the next 2 years left of school. Yeah I took chemistry my sophmore year, didn't do that great... but I don't regret taking it.

It doesn't really matter what your mum wants, it should only matter what you want to do and what you feel happy with.

I found Chemistry kind of easy & then I took it to a Higher level & really struggled with it. You said you have enough science grades so why try and pass something which you don't actually need?

And you've said that you don't enjoy science so you really shouldn't take chemistry.

Just explain to your mum that you neither like science nor actually need it. I'm sure she'll understand and will only want what's best for you and what you're happy with.
