  1. 1. I don't think Rudi Johnson will even play this year. If he does, it probably won't be with the Bengals. Then he might have some fantasy value. Packers D/ST for Colts D/ST is a wash. Jonathan Stewart is going to be the #1 RB in Carolina and is actually listed above DeAngelo Williams (other Carolina RB) on some cheat sheets. So, the trade is basically Jonathan Stewart for Philip Rivers, who is a back-up QB at best.

    2. Laurence Maroney should have a better season this year, since the Patriots won't be obsessed with setting passing records. Torry Holt is a second tier WR who gets his yards and TDs each year, regardless of who's at QB (in case Bulger gets hurt, which is always a concern with him). Frank Gore should be a stud this year. But, Julius Jones isn't even the #1 RB in Seattle. He's #2 behind Maurice Morris and hasn't looked real good this pre-season. And, I don't know how well Berrian is going to do in Minnesota (although he has a good chance of being better than with the Bears).

The question is then this: will Frank Gore out-produce Laurence Maroney by the same or more than Torry Holt will out-produce Bernard Berrian? And, do you feel more confident playing Jonathan Stewart toward the end of the year (when he should really be producing) or Julius Jones (who will probably be running out of steam)?

I would say no to both of those trades. There's just not enough upside.

  2. no on both.

  3. I would take scenario 2  because Berrian will suprise people this year because Tarvaris is not as bad as people think especially since Berrian can catch unlike troy williamson who dropped at least 3 tds for jackson last year  but that is neither here nor there.  Dont take scenario 1 because of rudi johnson because the bengals are looking to trade him, and what would happen if he goes to a team like the lions who have a sh***y o-line he would do sh***y

  4. Niether (1 if u have like Schaub as ur QB)

  5. Take trade #1, your getting  much better  players/D's. Forget #2, unless you think Holt will get hurt? he's getting old, if you think that go for it, otherwise I wouldn't.
