  1. Would you want someone to take you to the doctor if there was something wrong with you and you couldn't take yourself. Be a parent and get your child to a doctor.

  2. I would take him to the doctor.  That sounds like it turned into an infection.

  3. Yes, I would take him. I was bitten by a spider and ended up with a staph infection that sounds a lot like what you mentions. If I had waited a few more days, I could have lost my leg.

  4. OMG, why do you even have to ask?  This is not normal, get him to the doctor ASAP.  It could be nothing serious, but you never know!

  5. What i would do is call a doctors office and see what they recommend you doing which is either schedule a apoiment or just go to the hospital. Its just more than likely an infection. Hope he gets well soon and hope that helped.

  6. take him to the doctor. you dont want it to get any more infected, or what if it was a poisonous spider he might need meds

  7. doctor

  8. Call your pediatrician and see what they think. It is much quicker and cheaper to run to the doctor than the hospital. You could wait hours in the waiting room to be seen at the hospital.

  9. So let me get this straight.  Your child got bit by a spider, and the bite is infected, and possibly poisonous, right?  And you are sitting on your computer asking this question to total strangers, instead of calling the pediatrician, or going to the hospital?

No offense, but you should not have children!  First you let a relative take care of an infant for a whole month, then you ignore a potentially life-threatening condition???  Do the world a favor, and get your tubes tied, and give the baby up for adoption so someone who cares can raise him!

  10. Spider bites can be very serious.  Take him to the ER or doctor asap

  11. Make an appointment for the Dr.  My daughter (5yrs) had something similar.  She began to complain that she was in pain and I thought she was just complaining.  I took her to the Dr. because her entire leg began to swell and I found out she had a staph infection.  She was given antibiotics on 2 occasions because the infection was immune to the 1st antibiotic.  It could be serious.  Staph has become a problem with kids lately, on the news and in the newspapers.

  12. Does your son have a fever?

If not to the hospital, definitely call your pediatrician.

  13. Probably not an emergency unless he has a fever or is acting extremely lethargic. At least call his pediatrician.

  14. Call your pediatrician or take the child to the hospital

  15. what the **** take him to the hospital RIGHT NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!... If you are being serious you better watch your *** because the government might take your aby

  16. it could be more than a spider bite, it could be MRSA. ive had mrsa staph twice and that sounds like that. only ER deal with mrsa the right way, so yes take him to the er. does he seem to be in pain?

  17. In my own opinion I would take him to the hospital.

Because I thought my daughter had a spider bite on her leg but then it popped and yellow pus came out, very gross, then I took her to the hospital where I found out she had MRSA a staph infection.

  18. why would you even have to ask us about seeking medical attention for your child?

  19. Not to the hospital but maybe urgent care or your primary care doctor.

  20. I would get him checked out, hes just a baby!

  21. yes if you are worried about the baby take it asap he might be in danger

  22. id take him to the hospital ig that happend. it could of been any tpye of spider

  23. No, you dont need to take him to the hospital, but his family or pediatrician doctor would be a good idea.

  24. Your 10 month old was with your sister in law for a month? if this actually isn't a troll question, just a GP will be fine

  25. WHERE IS YOUR BABBY@!$EQ WHERE??????????????????????????

  26. Give the doctor a call and schedule an appointment with the doctor.  Hospitals are for urgent care - like heart attacks, etc.  Maybe there is a Minor Emergency Center in your city you could go to.

  27. it sounds like its infected, i wold bring him to your local pharmacy or your doctor because of his age.

  28. unless he has fever, or the runs, or is not eating I wouldn't worry about. Just had a little alcohol swap and smear some anitbotic over it. He will be fine.
