i have had my phone for less than a year and all the buttons except for 2 have cracked and the space button for texting doesnt work unless you press it hard like 5 times. also the charger all of a sudden barely works. i will sit there for like 30 minutes trying to get it to work and randomly it will start charging but it takes forever for it to work. i think i should get another phone for free.

  1. I completely disagree.

First off, AT&T will only exchange phones in their 30-day period in store. They may also replace it if it is a Manufacturer's error. After this time, they require that you go through Warranty. You can try calling warranty, however, it sounds like the damages to your phone was not the manufacturer's error, but user error. AT&T is pretty strict about their Warranty process, and if you give one answer that they don't like, they won't exchange your phone.

I wouldn't even bother going into the store, as after 30 days, they rarely give exchanges. Call the customer service line, and ask to be transferred to the Warranty department.
