  1. Why do you wait 10 mins...Take it right away. Nitro Tech is good stuff by the way

  2. Yes, won't harm you but will help you. However, stop being self conscious about your weight. You are only 14 just keep your self active and keep your self well nourished.

  3. if your just working out for exercise which i would hope for if your 14, then don't drink the shakes, you don't need extra protein in your diet at your age protein supplements are for bodybuilders looking to add muscle mass because your body needs protein to make new muscles, at your age you should be just trying to make your muscles stronger not larger

fyi your daily recommended amount of protein is around 6 oz if you were looking to add mass it could be more... read here http://ezinearticles.com/?Can-A-Bodybuil...

  4. It won't hurt you. Also eat tuna, salmon, chicken, and occasional steak for high protein too!

  5. Protein shakes are just junk, marketed by old bodybuilders looking to scam people. High quality stuff? HHMMMmmmm. Anyway a 14yo should not be taking this "stuff" at all.

  6. umm i dont think it would have any effect on your height but im sure these protein shakes will help u in building muscle mass cause my coach would tell us that we could drink them if we wanted to but they weren't necessary to drink them however idk completely but lifting weights might have an effect on your height i guess its gravity is pulling you down lower when you're lifting but idk lol i'm not 100 percent bout that maybe you can search that up on wikipedia or something lol but yea i doubt protein shakes have an effect on your height

  7. Protein shakes are good, I take them pre/post workout.

However, don't depend on Protein shakes alone to meet your necessary requirements. Try to get as much natural protein as possible. But yeah, its definitely okay!

    Good luck!

  8. Yes you need to nourish your body after you workout to replenish your muscles.  So protein shakes are fine, although if you don't like then you could eat toast with peanut butter, fruit, eggs, or even chocolate milk which all have a comination of carbs and protein, perfect for recovery.
