  1. yes, he can get her pregnant again, or kill the babies.

  2. he should have been taken out of the cage way before! they should not be housed together! get him neutered then they can live together... >< do not breed!  what were you thinking?

  3. Yes. The male can impregnate her again very shortly after she gives birth which is /not healthy/ for her.

Why are you breeding? This is something you should have known if you wanted to be a responsible breeder. There are more than enough homeless guinea pigs sitting in shelters and rescues right now.

Remember that the male babies will need to be separated from their female siblings and mother by 3 weeks of age or they can get them pregnant.

  4. take him out he may harm the babys

  5. Watch her Carefully, if shes breathing hard. Mine did that same thing and she passed away. If she starts shaking/twitching take her to the vet. YES, take him out of the cage, put him back in their in three weeks, if you want more babies. Wait about 2-3 months before even trying to get her pregnant again. Maybe even four months to let her get all of her nutrition back. Congrats on your babies, they are adorable to watch.

  6. I'd take him out for this reason.  He can get her pregnant again and it's very stressful to her when shes giving birth while he's going crazy!
