Should i tell my friends that i...?

like anime a lot and that i love Tokyo mew mew

my friends don't know this about me and i've always told them i hate anime because me and my friends make fun of someone sometimes because they like anime (i know i shouldn't be doing that)

i've kept it a secret and i'm afraid if i tell them they would think i'm weird and stuff and wouldn't want to talk to me anymore

i mean as far as popularity i'm not popular but i'm not a nerd or anything like that so i guess i'm in the middle

if i do tell them they might hate me and think i'm weird but if i don't i feel like i'm hiding a big secret from them

should i tell them or not?

if it's something you enjoy then you should be honest with your friends... if they are truly your friends they will support your interests even if they don't particularly have the same one
