  1. you can go by yourself to the health unit if you would like. This decision is really up to you though if you would feel comfortable telling your mom then you should because maybe she could help you with it. If you don't want her to know then you could also get a really close friend, one who wont judge you to go with you and help you through it all.

  2. You can go by yourself to a local Planned Parenthood. They won't tell your parents, or even announce who they are when calling your house/cell. Figuring out how to get there without your parents knowing might be a bit tough, but it's worth it in the long run.

  3. How are you going to get there? Plus it might be better to tell her so she can get the help you need. It might make her mad but it's easier than going it alone or with one of your friends who know nothing about these things.Or find someone you trust thats an adult or at least old enough to drive you to get tested.

  4. Believe me, you won't want to tell your parents. Especially if you're not sure about it. However, if you are tested positive for it... then you will have to. Go to your local Planned Parenthood center or any other nearby medical centers that can help you with those kinds of situations. They keep your information completely confidential, so no worries. You don't need a guardian or an adult to be with you, so you can go alone.

Or if you're lazy, you can always persuade that girl to go herself... Haha

Hopefully, it comes out negative, and that this was a learning experience for you. Be careful with unprotected s*x!
