Should i tip the delivery man?

i got this package today and i didn't tip the guy. well i don't know what you would call him but the guy who delivers packages. should i tip him? if yes how much much

No, all delivery places I have ever dealt with IS NOT ALLOWED TO ACCEPT TIPS,they could lose their jobs.Delivery is what they are getting paid for.

No you don't tip a courier.   But you should tip for a pizza delivery.

I guess the rule of thumb is you would tip for something you order.

That's their job. And they recieve pay for that. Tipping is exactly what kills the quality of work for each customer. However, if they did anything outside what is called for, it deserves to be acknowledged...not necessarily with money. I am a doctor who has never recieved any tip in my lifetime and not expect anything beyond when I am doing what I am credited to do.
