Should i trade Dice K for Xavier nady?

Only if you desperately need an outfielder. I think you can get someone better than Nady, because Dice K is a very good pitcher. But if you need an outfielder that's reliable, Nady is good. Dice K is injured right now and isn't too reliable, but when he does pitch, he can be very good. So it's a big risk. Some other choices...

No, Dice K is a great pitcher.  There are plenty of good outfielders.
