I wouldn't trade Kazmir for anything short of first round talent right now. I was offered a couple of scrubs for him the other day, I was going to counter offer asking for Hanley Ramirez but decided I'd rather have Kazmir.

DEPENDS ON WHAT YOU NEED.  KAZMIR HAS THE ERA AND K'S PLUS WINS.  WOOD IS MONEY FOR SAVES.  DUNN IS AN ADDED BONUS FOR HR'S.  IT JUST DEPENDS WHAT YOU NEED.  IF I NEEDED SAVES AND I HAD AN OKAY SP CORE.  PULL THE TRIGGER MY MAN.  IF YOU ALREADY HAVE SAVES.  DON'T DO IT.  KAZMIR IS A STUD!

absolutely not. Wood is a good closer, but nothing great. Guys like him are easy to get. Dunn is good powerwise, but his average is flat out terrible. Kazmir is an ace and after this season he will soon be in the same conversation as studs like Johan Santana, Brandon Webb, and Jake Peavy.

like what one poster had posted, it depends on what you need for your team. if you have someone that could replace Kazmir in your line-up, then go for it.

but beware for some consequences if you proceed with this deal. for one, Wood is injury-prone and somewhat inconsistent when it comes to ERA and WHIP. Dunn, on the other hand, did have some power (read homeruns) but his batting average will let your team down in this category.

anyway, as I said, if you are in need of Saves, Homeruns, Runs and RBIs in your team, then go for it.

Trade for Adam Dunn not Wood. Wood has a history of getting injured. Adam Dunn is an offensive player, so you lose a pitcher position, but if you want to gamble that or drop an offensive player for a pitcher do the deal. Otherwise hold onto Kazmir and offer a better deal.
