YES!!!! Bedard was and is overrated! He always has his ERa in the high 3s, low 4s and with the Mariners struggling, he's not doing so well! As for Hamels, we will be better overall!

yes cause bedard is overrated and hamels is better bedard last year was a fluke

I'd do it.  Hamels is also on an offensive team so even if he has an off night, he could still get a win.  Bedard is struggling and his team sucks and cant bail him out.  Didnt you see his coach go crazy last night?  haha.

Yes. Bedard has been struggling lately and hasn't proved he is fully recovered, which means he either won't be his best this year or he'll land himself on the DL again. Hamels has proven he can pitch, this year, and his career. Though he isn't as much as a strikeout pitcher, he has shown he can pitch with some consistency.

Pretty fair swap, I think Bedard gets his stuff together.  I love Hamels and he was great last night but he pitches in a bandbox!?!
