  1. Yes, becuase Harden has become a walking hospital ward, which threatens to limit a promising career. Doesn't get ahead in the count enough, creating high pitch counts. While Kazmir boasts heat that tops out around 97 m.p.h, and he regularly pitches in the mid-90's. Also has a great slider and emerging change-up. A strikeout artist. Kazmir is younger and helathier

  2. Yes...

  3. Yes.

  4. Definitely not - harden is having the better year and just moved from the AL to the pitcher's paradise that is the NL. His value will only go up if he stays healthy.

  5. Yes. Scott kazmir is promising to say the least

  6. I don't think I would call Wrigley a "pitcher's paradise", but I do think that Harden puts up better numbers than Kazmir and doesn't have to face the Yankees or the Red Sox on a regular basis.  I'm not saying you should keep Harden, but I'd look for a better deal.

  7. yes.  The biggest reason is that kazmir, unlike harden, has no pitch limits.  This means he'll pitch a lot more innings giving him more k's and decisions.  The cubs have a better offense, but harden is injury prone and the cubs don't want to take any risk with him - meaning he'll likely have several 5+ days of rest between starts.
