  1. You have the potential to make your team stronger.  Frank Gore will have a better season because Mike Martz is handling the offense now.  He only had a bad season because Hostler plays bit donkey d**k.  The passing game should be a lot better and Gore can catch.  Gore is expected to be utilized the way Martz used Marshall Faulk when he was the OC for the Rams.  Gore didn't have a bad season. he did put up great #s.  He just didn't put up #s like he did in 2006.  Interested now?

McFadden is pretty much the starting RB for the Raiders.  He will be the every down back with Justin Fargas spelling him every so often.  He is a sleeper pick with potential to break out like Adrian Peterson did last year.  This was brought up last year with A.P.  Look how he tore it up until he was injured.  So yes it is a risk, but there is upside.

If you accept the trade, you will have three RBs in a single back system that will bring you consistent #s each week rather than 2 RBs giving you good #s and the other .......well so so.  LT is the man, but that is not a bad trade to consider.  It might be smart to let the trade sit for a while and see how McFadden does in the preseason.

Personally, I see the potential upside to the trade that no one else can see.  I have played FFB for years and always place in the top three out of a 14 team IDP league.  To me, that is a very tempting trade that I believe I can make work to my advantage.  However, I would wait till I see a few preseason games for the Niners and Raiders before I make a decision.  Good news for you.  You can watch both players and teams play together on the first preseason game of the year.  Evaluate at that time.

Thumbs up to those who agree.

  2. Never trade Tomlinson unless someone is giving his team to you, and even then..think about it.  Tomlinson is too much of a proven commodity to risk for mcfadden and gore.  who knows how many carries mcfadden will get in their crowded backfield.  gore didn't produce last year..so you're really taking a gambe.

  3. i probably wouldn't but its up to you.  Depends if you want to take the risk with McFadden

  4. Why would you want to risk on McFadden when you have the the man who has been the leagues best rusher for how many consecutive years? He had more TD's than anyone last year, and Frank Gore had a poor season. He may spring back, he may not.

I'd keep the proven Tomlinson if I was you.

  5. keep tomlinson he's had great years and why take a risk on mcfadden plus LT is way better then gore. tomlinson can catch as well. neither of the other players can as well.

  6. NO. LT is #1 for a reason. he can carry a whole team. def hold on to him.

  7. no i would only trade him for brady or peterson
