Should i try out for v-ball or what?

I played in 5th grade but havent played since and i want to try out for 8th grade vball but i dont know if i should try out or not because i really LOVE the sport i just doubt that i will make any of the teams. (A or B)

Definetly try it. volleyballs a great sport, and if youve played before, you might be a bit rusty, but you will get back in the hang of it. and if you dont do good, then you dont have anything to loose. who knows, maybe you will be a great player someday? try warming up and practicing basic skills (passing, setting, spiking, serving) with your friends if your nervous. good luck... and make sure to be loud and call those balls!

I think that you should try out for volleyball because joining a sport is always good

You'll get better through practice and it will be fun!

To also think about high school, if you play volleyball in 8th grade, you'll probably make it in the volleyball team in high school!

Being on the volleyball team in highschool will help you meet new people and its always good for college!

Its never too late to think about the future!

go ahead tryout you have got nothing to loose plus you have some experience while others may have none. work hard and practice a bunch before tryouts that way you will be ready. if you really love it GO FOR IT! :)

if you love the sport what have you got to lose

if you don't make it, try to improve and go out again next year (that's what i have done in high school)

TRY IT!!! volleyball was soo fufilling for me. the first time I ever played was my freshman year of high school and i was playing on varsity by mid season. I'm now a sophmore in college and was even scouted for it for a div III school, but I can't play anymore. I really think you should do it. you can meet alot of wonderful people with it too!!
