Should i try to aim for a huge boost in gpa in senior year?

Im a A-B student that takes AP classes, should i take easy honor classes to get my gpa up higher. I want to get into UT Austin. Im at the top 16% of my highschool

  1. just take all the easy classes you can. the more A's the better


  2. If you're GPA is really really low, then it's definitely okay to take a couple of easier classes to get that up. Colleges are gonna look at the rigor of your schedule, but they're also going to be placing a lot of importance on your GPA.

    If it's not that low, then I wouldn't worry about it. You'll stand out anyways at admissions because of your AP classes. :)

  3. if you want to get into ut austin then try to be like top 5 people and take honors classes . but dont take ones that are too easy.

  5. Grades do not matter exactly it is how well you preform on the end of course test. If you think that the teacher for a honor class is better then by all means take it because you will do better and score better on the end of course test which is usually what they go by because they now you can't cheat.
