Should i use sand-paper to clean my glasses?

I got new glass today but also i spilled milk on it. there now is white powder on it so my best friend told me to use "sand-paper" to clean it with. where am i to purchase this and how much will it expense me? Thank you.

No don't use sand paper.  Get a wet paper towel or use glass cleaner & a soft cloth that should remove the milk. Have a good night. :0)

Additional Details: the sand paper would scratch the glass. What kinda friends you got?

use a belt sander it will do the job much faster

Sand-paper would be the worst option to clean your glasses with and do not always trust your friends' advice.

Try a little warm water and a microfibre cleaning cloth. The microfibres are not visibly abrasive and you can rub as hard as you like. Do not use sandpaper, it will only scratch it.

Why waste web space with this question? Obviously you need to rinse off your glasses (with water) and dry them.

I would tie them to a brick and drag them along the beach for awhile until the beer is all gone, If the law stops you, then tell them you have been like this since you lost your glasses lol!
