  1. I won't only because I have back problems. A physical therapist has told me to never walk/run with weights around your ankles or in your hands because it throws off your natural stepping and movements, which can lead to back problems or worsen existing back problems. I don't recommend it. If you do use them,  pay attention to how you step or move compared to how your body moves without them and pay attention to how it affects certain areas of your body, adversely or not. I don't know how strong you are, maybe you can get away with it, but I wouldn't do it!

  2. Ankle weights are nice just put on like 10 pounds on each ankle all day even to school thats what i did.

  3. If you like to run but do not want to lose weight, then naturally you are faced with a dilemma. Running is probably the best way to lose weight. Increase your caloric intake, and you should be fine. Stamina will increase as you continually train. Weights on the ankles and forearms is what I would call overkill. If you are looking to build muscle mass, do some weight training.
