Dude I would, if I found a way to do it. When I was at Six Flags a few weeks ago I was wanting to film while going on the largest rollercoaster in the park, but I'm sure I would've either dropped the camera or the camera would've shook around so much I wouldn't have been able to see a thing while playing it afterwards. Haha. But yeah man see if you can get on and hold your camera and film.. Just don't do it where they take pics (cuz you know how on some roller coasters you get a pic taken of you while going down the largest hill for example).. cuz I don't think you're allowed to film lol.

Well, I wouldn't suggest Kingda Ka, if u don't want ur video tape broken. The ride goes so fast that the glass inside the camcorder or w/e would break @ such high speeds(thats y ur not allowed 2 wear glasses on the ride) so, my final answer is no
