  1. I usually remove them if I remember them.

  2. Yes i can put your glasses on when you use your computer

  3. Only if you are having problems with your eyes when you use it.You can get glasses that are designed for when you use your computer or watch your TV,just talk to your eye doctor.

  4. Check out this article about reducing the harmful effects of computer use on your eyes..

    Hope this helps..

  5. No.  A normal, heathy, pair of young eyes with good vision do not require glasses support for computer work.

You should have a routine eye exam at least every two years to make sure that's what you've got, though.  Problems can quietly creep up on people.

  6. yes

  7. If your eyesight is good, why would you want to wear glasses? You can turn down the brightness on your monitor. I have heard that is a good idea.

  8. If your eyesight is fine then why do you have glasses at all?

  9. no need for wearing glasses, i would suggest that u should buy a  screen filter , and thats all.

  10. Yes, if it's more comfortable.

  11. If you don't usually wear glasses, then there is no reason to wear glasses just for computer use.

Modern LCD monitors are engineered to be as "easy" on the eyes as possible but you should still give your eyes a small break every half hour or so.

Try to keep tabs on how long you've been on the computer.  Every 30 minutes or so, look away from the monitor for about 60 seconds.  If you can, look at something in the distance (look out of a window if you can).  This will allow your eyes to relax and will keep you from straining them from constantly focusing on the close monitor.

  12. Ask any eye doctor. You really cannot trust the info you get here, a doctor would know best.

  13. if it helps yes

  14. yes you should. PC glasses are specially made for that. but if you don't have extra money for that, normal shades will do. just like what you wear everyday under the sun.

  15. Not required really; if you adjust brightness and contrast settings for your monitor then it is not required to wear glasses. Also windows provide few themes which emit less radiation as compare to bright and glossy themes which can be used to protect our eyes. Please make sure you keep sufficient distance from monitor while working; ideally 2 feet.

Today's monitors come with CRTs radiating less harmful rays.

  16. Wearing glasses when your eyes are fine is not good for you. If you are having symptoms of eye strain the 1 good and true way to fix it is to take regular breaks from the computer screen. The break could be as simple as closing both of your eyes for a minute or two every 30-45 minutes.

  17. if it coses eye problems and your eye dr wonts you to

    then were glasses

  18. i use my computer for school a lot and my eyes are fine, i dont think you need to wear glasses unless you cannot see what you are doing, or its bothering your face
