some mascara, foundation, and maybe some neutral eye shadow works for me

dont over do it with weird colors and massive amounts of eyelines

It depends. Do you want to? There's nothing wrong with wearing makeup, especially if it boosts your confidence and makes you feel more comfortable at school. Even just some blush and mascara can do a lot, but make sure you don't overdo it and look like you're trying to hide behind your makeup. But if you feel fine without it then just leave makeup for special occasions like dances or parties. Natural beauty is the best kind!

my brother is older than me and he was like pretty much everyone wears it.

But not too much, just a subtle eye liner and mascara. Some blush and a clear lip gloss would add a perfect touch.

definately - just a little bit, eyeliner, blush, and some powder is all it takes - just enough to feel good about yourself - to feel pretty. It's important to feel pretty and confident when starting a new grade!! good luck ♥

Only if you want to.  If you don't want to wear makeup you shouldn't.  Just make sure you use a good skin care regimen so your skin stays fresh and smooth.

it's up to you. if it makes you look good, then go for it. some people really don't need it though. as for others, well, someone should definitely introduce them. but anyway, ask your friends if they think makeup would look good on you. they will probably be pretty honest.
