  2. You should work out every other day.so that the muscles can rest.

  3. You could work out for 2 hours everyday. I would just suggest working out different areas. For example, cardio (treadmill, bike, elliptical)  one day and weights the next. Especially if you are just starting out, so you don't make yourself too sore.

  4. Depending on wat u need, I wrkout in summer one day yes and the other no. But ther were excercises 4 a swimmer, u might need another type of frecuency 4 doing them and different types. But remember that muscles must rest!!

    What does your workout intail? Because it depends if your doing cardio or weight lifting etc.

  7. it depends on what you are trying to accomplish, but if you're building muscle it takes at least a day after working out for them to properly rebuild before working out again, so every other day for each muscle group being exercised
