Should i worry about this?

it looks like an ammonia burn(tip of upper fin) but its not since the other fish dont have it and i do weekly water changes,i have a good filter, etc... could it be a fungus?or fin rot? dunno what do u think?

They sell things at pet stores to remove this.  I can't remember what it's called, but it does work.  You can also get a protector.  It pretty much coats your fish in slim and protects them from other fish and ailments. Good luck

your fish just has fungus you might want to clean the fish and put in a new filter after you clean the fish

I would cycle your tank if you haven't.  You should probably get rid of the fish and do a fishless cycle.  http://www.aquatic-hobbyist.com/profiles...  If your tank is cycled it wouldn't be an ammonia burn, more likely fin rot.
