I did watch a story on the national news about how the tech has exhisted for years to liquefy human bodies and other animals so they can be flushed into the sewer system for processing. Some sewage processors are extracting solid waste and converting it to fertilizer for sale to the public. This tech is only a step away from producing food for human consumption. The only hold-up is moral acceptance. Your question does have some merit and would be treated better if you had left-out the obvious racial/political overtone.
