to become a rajya sabha M.P you need to be close to a political party chief so that he can select you through your state M.L.As.

regarding educational qualification nothing is required. you can be an illitrate. only minimum age factor is there.

First of all a sentence should start with a capital letter. Second, mp should be written as MP. Third, MP can not mean parliament member. PM can mean parliament member.

These corrections are the minimum requirements to be a graduate. So it will be difficult for you to be a MP if you put that condition.

I think the present system suiting you and to me to become mp. No at least graduation required.
