Should iranian insurance industry develope a hedge fund investment strategy?why?

Here is a rule of thumb:

"If a capitalist economy encourages it,

and a socialist economy discourages it,

then do it."

Insurance companies are in the business to help people and make money for themselves so they may continue to help people.  The industry should, to protect itself, avail itself of all reasonable opportunities to secure their continued existence.

I wish I had the chance to help out that industry in Iran.  You have a great shot at helping a lot of people.
