Personally, I think it's wrong.  Especially since it bothers you so much.  She should have more consideration for your feelings on this subject.  Ask her how she would feel if it were YOU out there dancing with women in a suggestive manner as she does with other men. Would she like that image in her head?  Would that be acceptable to her?   Maybe if the shoe were on the other foot, she might understand why it bothers you so much.

It depends on your relationship and who it is that she's grinding with. When we go out with a group its acceptable to dance however with people inside of the gorup... with people outside of the group its not considered acceptable (because we don't know them).

No, it shouldnt be accepted.  Its disrespectful to you, no matter if its just in fun or not.  If she wont stop, I'd have to wonder about her fidelity to you, to be honest.  She should have enough respect for you to dance by herself, or with others in a more tame way, rather than by simulating having s*x with strangers on a dance floor.
