  1. If I understand, you're asking if your arms s/b tired when you exercise for endurance with light weights and many reps. The answer is yes. Instead of increasing muscle mass you will work the slow-twitch fibers and by challenging them, gradually increase their O2 burning capacity.

  2. just to clarify what the first commenter said in terms of weight training slow twitch and fast twitch will grow depending on fast you perform the positive part of the lift. i as a natural body builder work the slow twitch fibre as this means i can stimulate more growth.

and there is no such thing as muscular endurance.

muscular fatigue is brought about when all the glycogen stores in the muscle has been used up to continue the exercise after this point you are taking part in you need a drink containing fast carbs.

and weight training itself can only help you in 3 categories ; strength. size and defintition

well all weight trainng should be tough it is no easy task to get 20 inch arms and 50 inch chests and 2.6 feet thighs let me tell you. in terms of post muscalr soreness it is very very common although i personally only get it slighlty in my calves and quads but it is not  a problem to get it

but e-mail me if you want to train seriously
