Salary at wal-mart should be what the market will bear.. There should be no minimum wage.

Why is it only Wal-Mart that gets picked on?

There are alot of other chain corporations paying a h**l of alot less. and they can keep opening more and more stores while paying less and less to the employees and treating them like ****. Why you ask ? Look at all of the companies that went under during the Bush years and more lay offs every day. To many people ( more just keep coming over legally and illegally) and not enough jobs. And of course the big box also squeezed out most of the ma and pa businesses that paid more and treated you with respect. So vote Repubicain for more corporate greed and a worse job situation and economy. You are just  a slave on for the rich. Don't ya just love it.

I worked at a Walmart Pharmacy for ! year. I didn't become certified as a Pharmacy Tech until the State made it mandatory. All of the Tech's demanded a raise, and management laughed at us. Any way everyone quit, I now work at a Hospital making $18.75 per hour. So my suggestion to you is RUN AWAY.
