Is being the First Lady a good reason to elect Hillery? Do you think she has earned a spot on the ticket?

  1. Gee, she's been a US senator for seven years.  I think that qualifies her...

  2. You obviously don't know a thing about her.  If you did, you would know that she has been active in the public arena since she was in her teens.

  3. No less than the guy who became president because his old man was pres.

  4. I believe she has earned her fame and not just gained it.

  5. No to be honest I do not, but I think her husband will have enough input in her decisions to make it worth while!

Actually I was thinking the exact same thing Jack9944, great answer!

  6. The people who've answered this question already obviously watch nothing more than the basic news.

Ever cracked open a book? Tried cable news?

Your question is mis-worded however; Hilary did not gain "fame" from the work of another. She gained "power."

Bill and Hillary Clinton; since Bill's run in the oval office; have become two of the most powerful people in America - at least within the Democratic Party. AND THAT IS SCARY. These two people are as corrupt as corrupt can get.

    And out right dirty.

They will do ANYTHING to get into office again. You see it happening now with the way they are trying so desperately to get Obama to drop down to their level of mudslinging. They're despicable. We should ship them out of this country. Fedex them to France.

Absolutely in no way should this woman EVER be President of the US. She should hold NO political office. Both her and her husband have proven time and time again that they should not be in a position of power. In a position to control the outcome of other's lives.

From inconsistent policies to her BASHING of anyone that does not agree with her or stands in her way. Elect Hillary Clinton, and be prepared to see an America that you never dreamed of seeing - an America in its last breath - an America that is no more.

  7. It does not matter to me..because she would have been a driving force in politics one way or the other. That was /is her direction in life. She is electable partly because she was First Lady..which gave her the enviable position to view the inner workings of the government at its highest level. She is also the most well prepared, knowledgeable, and more experienced candidate in the present nomination process on the Democratic ticket. The wisdom that comes with age gives her even more of an edge. And Jack has a great point!!!

  8. Anyone can earn a spot in the primaries simply by announcing  their candidicy and meeting the rules. Earning a spot on the national ballot remains to be seen. But to answer your question, no, it isn't a good reason to elect her. The only practical experience she has is her time in the Senate. If she sat in on cabinet meetings that required a security clearance then that was illegal. But the Clintons have never bothered to let legalities or the truth stand in their way.

  9. she's been in politics all of her life, so yes she's earned her way onto the ballot...i'm pretty sure we'd of all heard of her by now even if she'd of never met Bill...that being said i don't plan on voting for her unless romney or rudy get the GOP nomination
