Should it of come with recovery CDs........?

My mate bought a laptop from currys stright of the display shelf.

Dident come with a box but should it of come with recovery cds?

now days they no longer supply with recovery cd its normally built in your computer currys normally dont supply a cd check if it is built in your computer bios settings

It should but not allways I bought a acer aspire 3100 laptop  no recovery disk but it has a very good backup program and the instructions said to do a full back up to DVD before doing anything else so I did now I can reinstall everything from the DVD if I ever have to

Maybe not...alot of computers have their recovery on the hard drive. You can access it there or copy it to a cd for future use.
