There should be some way to give this judge some backlash for such a decision.

  1. No. Judges HAVE to go against what is believed to be the correct thing to do by others sometimes. That's one of the reasons they are called "judges". Deciding against being able to drill for oil doesn't even come close to treason. And have you considered that the only people that are going to make money out of that drilling are the ones that own the oil company, and not you? Also, as there are no guarantees in oil exploration, it might just wind up being a near-dry well?


  2. Yes. It's just this king of c**p that has gas prices so high now. Judges like this have ruined the country and there should be some consequences given to them.

  3. I'v read the story and can not find any offence that could be linked to treason (defination : to commit an act of betrayal to your country) so they answer is No
