  1. no way, i think 16 is even too low...

however........ in america, transportation system really sucks (exception of like NYC and big cities). and when you are a teenager, you have to have adults give you rides and **** and its really annoying

i used to live in england, south korea, and brazil and i think ameirca sucks ***.

  2. yes they should after they have proved they r responsible because i am 15 and i drive and my friends are 14 and 15 and there is many of them and we all drive and we all have our own vehicals and some of us have our permits already but we all live in a small town so that might also play a big part in it all

  3. agreed with the above,      h**l to the no,   i'm a volunteer firefighter/emt and i'm only 17, i've had to pull 2 of my friends out of cars on 2 separate occasions within the past year, it's not fun. not to offend anyone, but 96% of teens are irresponsible idiots who cant drive and are inexperienced, thats at 16, i couldnt imagine a 14 year old........then drinking and smoking dont help either. theres good kids like myself who have a life, and dont drink or smoke and do good in school but  still somehow get looked down upon cause most adults think we're all bad kids, and ones as bad as the next. so no definatly not

  4. h**l and NO.

Most teenagers are irresponsible enough at 16 with their license, we don't need 14-year-olds to make it worse.

  5. I say they should only if they make the driving test a lot harder because too many irresponsible drivers are passing the test.  I think they should at least make it twice as strict as currently right now.  Funny thing is South Dakota right now already allow 14 year olds to legally drive.
