  1. It's called human rights, and obviously most people here don't seem to get it.  They certainly have no right to take away the passport of someone that has never done anything wrong.  Now, someone that has committed a crime against children is one thing, but someone that is only sexually attracted to them but never done anything wrong is something completely different.  Actions are what people can control, and what in the end, count in this world.  There are plenty of non-pedophiles that beat their children, tie them to chairs while they leave the house, and burn them with curling irons when they get home.....and apparently there are a bunch of nut-jobs that think this person deserves more rights than someone that has never committed a crime or harmed anyone else.

  2. They should all be put on an uninhabited island miles from anywhere and shot if they try to escape.

  3. yes. they should not be allowed to leave the country at all as they can do all their nasty things on people in other countries and by the time they decide to talk about it, its too late.

  4. no they should have there balls taken away!

  5. Yes, I suppose that would be a good idea.  They should also have their privates taken away as well.

This would also stop these sickos who travel to the south Pacific for  vacations that involve having relations with children.

  6. NO!! Doesn't the law say that once you've paid for you mistake it should go away. If we don't let people leave the country once they've been released from jail its almost like there still in jail. Also, pedophilia  is a mental illness and its not there fault that they have it, so they shouldn't be punished for it.

  7. Yes take thier passports away from them

  8. yes defo    and all their rights in everything

  9. they should be locked away somewhere away from children

  10. If they had not been convicted and are walking around free, they are also entitled to their rights as human beings and as citizens. If they are known pedophiles, what should be done is that they are arrested and tried and if they have a record of conviction in the past, this will help other countries determine whether or not they should be considered undesirable aliens.  In short, respect first the rights of your citizens and don't sacrifice them for the sake of good relations other countries.  Remember that past indiscretions are not conclusive evidence of guilt for future acts.  If you disregard the presumption of innocence enshrined under the constitution aren't you undermining one of the the very basic foundations of the state to protect the rightrs of its citizens?  Supposing you were in the same situation, would you like to be condemned and punished without trial? don't get me wrong.  All I'm saying is that don't sacrifice the bill of rights for the sake of jmaking one person pay for crimes not yet committed

  11. They should have ALL rights taken away.

  13. The registered s*x offenders have to inform local police of their intention to travel and the country of destination is given the details.  I have know of offenders who have not been let into the country on their arrival.

  15. Yes, they should lose their rights and not be allowed travel rights

  18. Yes... also they should be required to re-apply each time they wish to go abroad so that the relevant people can keep a data log of their visa and grant any such movement  informing the receiving country as the visa is issued.

    Forewarned is fore-armed
