  1. well I am probably not informed enough but I would think the taxes generated (if legalized) would worth it.

  2. Yes, the effects are no worse than someone extremely intoxicated.

But we'd have a lot of fat lazy people around. I have no problem with weed, but it doesn't exactly motivate people to get stuff done.

If it was regulated by the goverment, it could stop a lot of crime

  3. Yeah. It should be decriminalized because taxpayers money is going towards putting people behind bars who simply have a little bit of marijuana on them. Also, marijuana is a lot less addicting than alcohol, and cigarettes obviously. The government lets us kill ourselves any other way, but when it comes to marijuana they want to put us away. Makes no sense. I think a big reason the government wont decriminalize it is because they cant tax it, and it is so easy to grow. Its all a money thing.

  4. yes and tobacco age should be 21 and alcohol should be 18, since no amount of tobacco is good for your health but some say a little alcohol is not bad and may even be good for you like red wine, and i have yet to hear of someone dying from marijuana poisoning or Cancer.

  5. yea it can although in some states its a very costly offense

  6. Yes..because...http://www.lca-uk.org/default.php  &

  7. I think it should within reason. It should have the same laws as alcohol. No driving or anything while you're on it. And it should be illegal to do it in public places (just like smoking.) But I think they have resisted legalizing it just because they're afraid it might lead to people wanting to legalize other more addictive and hardcore drugs.

  8. If it is not hurting people , then the choice of using it should be left up to the individual.

  9. sometimes i think so because it's amazing how many people have weed in their possession. So many that u wouldn't even think its illegal.

    so whats the use.

  10. Figure all drugs should be legalized.

Control of peoples lives should be by the people themselves not by government or any other authority figures.

  11. The money this country spends on the prosecution of marijuana is beyond ridiculous. All this for a plant, how idiotic is that.

The main reason why politicians won't endorse the decriminalization is because just enough of the older generation and conservatives vote to make a difference.

The fear tactics and miss information that have been around for years have prevented the legislation from being passed.

Funny how a taxable commodity like alcohol, which has caused untold more problems with society is allowed and marjuana isn't.

One unknown fact about decriminalizing marijuana people tend to forget, the government can't tax you for something you can grow yourself. It's not like wine, beer and whiskey that take all kinds of equipment to produce, just a seed, some dirt and water. Since the government can't tax that, they don't want it decriminalized.

  12. i think yes cause marijuana affect people differently. its Ignorant, Incompetent, Corrupts, Greed i think its fear and stuff.

  13. Yes, cause weed is from da erf.
