  1. yes but a limit should be enforced

  2. I THINK SO I TALK ABOUT THAT STUFF ALL THE TIME THE ONLY THING FROM STOPING ME IS MY PARENTS AND THE CONSEQUENSES FROM THE GOVERMENT

  3. Nah

If it is it won't be as much fun smoking it

It's much more fun smoking when you know it's illegal and you can get busted

    Hahahaaa

  4. Definitely! To me it makes no sense for it to be illegal. My opinion is that alcohol should be the illegal one. Alcohol causes so many problems and deaths it's atrocious! But for someone to smoke marijuana and get mellow and happy and have a bad case of cotton mouth and the munchies... it's down right disgraceful! I don't think so! The only reason it's not legal is the money the government makes on it. Very slowly we're getting closer though... as long as you have a medical reason for it, it's legal.

  5. I think it should be perfectly legal to smoke marijuana, but only licensed establishments should be allowed to sell it. There should be restrictions like no advertising it, no giving it to minors, obviously no driving under the influence, etc. but I see nothing wrong with an adult smoking it in the privacy of his/her home. You're not hurting anybody except yourself. The war on drugs is costing Americans too much money, and it's overcrowding our prisons. In addition to saving money by getting rid of the drug war, the government could put big taxes on marijuana, and use that money to fund programs. Think of all the drug-related violent crimes that would no longer happen if marijuana was legal, because there would be no more drug dealers. People who smoke marijuana could be sure it was somewhat safe, e.g. not laced with PCP or cocaine. Marijuana itself is much less dangerous than alcohol and tobacco. I personally have never smoked marijuana, and I don't plan on ever doing it, and I encourage others not to smoke marijuana (or smoke cigarettes, or drink alcohol), but I don't think smoking marijuana should be a criminal act.

  6. Yes!  And it should be illegal to bootleg it- so under the govt's control it will stop becoming the crazy strong hallucinogen it is now and go back to being the happy mellow weed it used to be!  Also, think of the budget surplus we could get from the taxes!  Same penalties for abuse- no underage, no driving under the influence.  Clean out all the prisons of these people rotting away for doing nothing more than having some pot.  Clear up more space for murderers and rapists.  Rapists get lighter sentences than drug users, did you know that???  WTF???

If alcohol, a dangerous drug, is legal, pot, a harmless drug should be regulated, controlled, taxed, and enjoyed!

    Smoke if you got 'em!

  7. can there be a plant that's wrong?

  8. Anyone who uses the stuff doesn't think much of themselves personally, can't stand stand up to the, "oh come on, everyone is doing it" prodding from the so called cool crowd (who in reality are the stupid crowd or are trying to create another customer to sell to), or of the possible long term effects of a screwed up brain.

There's good reason users are called "dopers."
