  1. I think McCain wants to choose Lieberman, but although he is technically an Independent, he does have some "D"germs.

I hope he picks Romney. That guy will fold up like a cardboard cut out. (if in fact he actally is not one).

Phil Gramm sounds to be neocon dirty, like a bunch of McCains new posse. I doubt that, if Gramm has ties to Swiss banks, McCain will want him on the ticket.

Swiss Banks conjure up the thought of Swiss bank accounts, which conjure up the thought of tax evasion, which conjures up the thought of financial misconduct which McCain would probably not want being brought up after the Keating five deal.

The problem with wheeler-dealers is that you never REALLY know what they've been up to.

McCain can not afford to make a mistake.

  2. McCain needs a hard line conservative to balance his moderateness.  This will shore up the die hard Republicans for him...the uber liberal Obama picked the uber liberal Biden....obviously Obama thinks he can win without the moderate democrats and the independents...it must be nice living in liberal fantasy land

  3. Did I tell you...

that Biden plagiarized a speech too?
