Should more and more Indians go abroad for studies/immigration?

Many Indians are going to Aus, UK, USA, Canada etc. for studies and if possible to settle there. Is it a good trend? Should we encourage this trend or discourage it?

Why not? Everyone has a right to fulfill their desired amount of education, and everyone has a right to be educated in their country of choice.

last i checked India people were 80% hindu, and 20% Islamic ... so you could think of it in those terms

i personally see no problem ..genetically they excel in math, but are lacking in polite customer service, simply due to their previous environment ... but they adapt

Why not ?  A time will come when India becomes a 'Developed Country' and we will find that this type of craze deminishes.  If one has a chance to go for studies or job abroad, must be availed.  When there will be home-sickness, there will be no alternative except to return back to India.
