Should mother face charges for 4 year old's death?

On the day of her wedding (yesterday) the mother went to get her nails done and for 3 hours the 4 year old was in a car with windows up when it was 90 degrees outside. The mother came back to find the 4 year old having a heart attack and he later died. The m

other's wedding day was obviously ruined, her four year old was dead and she needed to be sedated when told her son died. Should she be charged? What should her punishment be?

Yes she should be punished are you kidding me. That's Criminal Negligence and Manslaughter at the very least. Absolutely horrible.
