  1. In the UK the average prison sentence for murder is 13 years.  So here the majority of them  do get a second chance.  Whether they deserve it, or not, is another matter.

  2. never ever, no, they should spend the rest of their lives in prison, and never be allowed a normal life ever again.

and after all, what life has their victim got ?, none exactly, because the murderer ended their"s.

  3. A second chance! what to murder again

  4. Murder should mean murder in my opinion.

  5. A person who takes the life of another will have had all the chances of the average Person to know RIGHT FROM WRONG. Society has a right to feel free and safe from such criminals..

  6. Yes as soon as they bring their victims back to life!

  7. Noooo.

But Than Again If They Kill Someone In Self Defense Than Yes.

But Other Than That Absoloutly No.

  8. No!

  9. Ask the victims relatives that question

  10. No never

  11. Murders should never get out and in some cases should get the death penalty

  12. I suppose there will be mitigating circumstances in some of the murder cases but in the vast majority they are committed by evil predators who have no conscience and would have no compunction in repeating their crime. The truth is these people cannot be trusted to live a life of normality when they will always remember what it is like to take someones life.

  13. after ten years in jail yea

  14. When they get the same sentence as bank robbers maybe.

  15. Depends completely on the circumstances.  If they've killed more than once before they were caught - then no.

I can't possibly answer for the other cases.

  16. Depends on the murder though. Like i think premeditated murderers should not get a second chance. Otherwise i would say give the other ones a second chance.

  17. Too risky. I've known murderers who have been released and gone on to kill a second time and it happens more than you might think.

  18. why, their victim never got another chance.

  19. you must ask your self would! i happily bring a man who has deliberately killed some one into my home and put my family into that kind of risk..........I'm getting a very bad feeling about your sittuation.......please!! be carefull.

  20. Depends on the murder. If the murder is senseless then they should be put in prison for life. If its defending themselves or someone else then they shouldn't be convicted. If there is mental issues involved then they should be treated and incarcerated until their mental illness is dealt with.

  21. if its cold blood murder (killed for no reason), killed by drink driving or murder of a child then not a chance. If they killed by accident or revenge, then i think they should get another chance.

  22. Yes, I think they should.

  23. Nope, never.

  24. Okay, most sadistic mentally ill psychopaths people shouldn't allowed to be allowed another chance for everyone's safety including their own, their behaviour is always going to be unpredictable and no-one can ensure the're going to be 100% safe.

People like Hitler, Stalin and Saddam - NNNOOOOO!!! Because they killed for the fun of killing i think and no form of torcher should be tolerated......

But people who kill for compasssionate reasons - say a guy murdered another guy because he abducted and killed his child.... then i would say that kind of person would defineltey deserve a second chance... it's only a natural reaction and instinct, that kind of raw emotion can bring out those kind of prehistoric tendencies which we used to have to rely on. That guy isnt a sick and twisted killer, like the other one would be.

So, in conclusion to my essay, i would say it depends on the type of murder commited and by the type of person who commited it....xxxxxxxx good question xxxxx

  25. hahaha i only saw the first part of the question

Should murderers get a second chance?

of course so they can have a shot at a perfect murder this time. hahahaha :)

jokes apart- seriously speakin the reason for the murder has to be considered for them to get a second chance. the murdered person is not always a gud guy and the murderer is not always the bad guy.

murders comitted for self defence should definitly get a second chance (murdering ofcourse hehehehe)

  26. Only if I can also get a slap on the wrist for murder.

  27. I think the first time you murder you should get a warning :)
