Should my 5yr old wear deodorant?

Today my son and i was hugging and his underarms wear a little tart. Should a 5yr old wear deodorant. Not the typed with alcohol! but a more natural brand.

If it gets worse when there like 7-9 put on every once in a while but not until there 11then regularly
