Should my cat pay child support now?

My cat(girl) had 4 kittens

I have 2 male cats in the house, so I dont know the father is. But I think its my siamese cat. But my cat girl went to a ladys house(her real owner) with the kittens, but the father is no longer with her. Should he pay child support? My male cat is scared..

i agree with answer #2  u really need to have a DNA test done cause why should he have to pay child support if nobody really knows who the father is

If the kittens really are his, then by all means, he should pay kitten support.  Yes, he can argue that the mother lured him with her feminine feline wiles, but in 2004 in the case of Snoogies vs. Puffykins, the court determined that even when a female cat is in heat, the male cat still has a choice, so don't try that "she was in heat and I couldn't resist" defense, they won't buy it.  The courts are really cracking down on deadbeat cats.  

If he did the crime, he needs to pay the fine.  But, be sure he settles any custody and visiting rights issue too.  Don't let the kitten's mother dictate all the rules.  If he's paying, he has every right to be part of those kitten's lives.

you should take the 2 dads to court and have one cat get full custody

i agree sukdickshansmom. make sure that the mom and dad get part custody but if the father doesn't care for his kitten, then he needs to be out of his/her life.

Tell your cat not to cop to anything without a DNA test. They probably were equal partners in the deal, so adopt some of them to take the guilt. That'll teach him to run around without being neutered. It'll get em in trouble every time.

Tell him if they sue for child support you'll counter-sue. They can't make him pay much more than a bowl of kitten food.

umm ok..father cats dont rlly lik kittens and the only way ud prob have to pay andything is if the lady got mad that ur cat got it prego

I might be wrong but I don't think cats can pay child support, and if they were both living in the same house the father cat would not need to pay child support.
