Should my friend get probation or a fine.

My friend who has no criminal record popped a guys tire on his vehicle. He did it out of anger. So do you think he will get probation Or a fine. I think since he has no criminal record he should be fined.

  1. If I were the judge, I'd given him a fine, six months probation and restitution for the damage...and I'd make it clear I did it out of anger.  


  2. stop and think of what could have happened. we know that in a good thought, nothing would've happened except anger.

    but on the other hand.. if you are that immature and let out your anger on a moving machine, think about if that person wouldve been able to drive off without realizing the incident and they lost control of this machine (car) and killed someone!!!??

    it seems as tho people never think of the chain effect that ONE "little" action may cause!!

    my advice, grow up, tell your buddy to get anger mangmt.

  3. But a fine sounds more resonable, thats what someone would more than likely get where I'm from. He could end up with anger management classes...

  4. Fine and probation. If he had a criminal record he would also get some jail time.
